We want supplied parts to match the confirmed quotation and arrive in good condition. Contact us promptly through our contact page before returning any goods.

Incorrect, damaged, or defective goods

If goods are incorrect, damaged on delivery, or defective, notify us as soon as reasonably possible with the quotation or invoice number, a description of the issue, and photographs where helpful. We will assess the matter and provide a repair, replacement, refund, or other remedy where required by applicable law.

Change-of-mind returns

Change-of-mind returns require prior written approval and may be accepted at our discretion. Approved goods must generally be unused, uninstalled, complete, and in their original packaging. Special-order, modified, electrical, used, or installed components may not be eligible unless defective or returnable by law.

Return process

  • Contact us before sending goods back.
  • Include the quotation or invoice number and approved return reference.
  • Package goods securely to prevent transit damage.
  • Use the return address and delivery method provided by our team.

Return delivery costs

Where goods are confirmed to be incorrect, damaged, or defective, AgriDrive EC will address reasonable return costs as required by law. For approved change-of-mind returns, the customer is generally responsible for return delivery costs.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are processed after returned goods have been received and inspected. Bank processing times may vary. This policy does not limit any rights available under applicable South African law.
