These terms govern your use of the AgriDrive EC website and requests for quotations submitted through it.
Website purpose
The website provides information about irrigation drivetrain products and allows customers to request quotations. Product listings are invitations to request a quote and do not constitute binding offers.
Quotations and orders
A binding order is formed only when AgriDrive EC confirms acceptance in writing after you approve a valid quotation. Quotations may specify price, availability, delivery charges, lead times, payment terms, and validity periods. Product availability and specifications may change.
Customer responsibilities
You must provide accurate contact, product, quantity, and delivery information. You are responsible for confirming that selected components are suitable for your equipment and application. Contact us for assistance before confirming an order if compatibility is uncertain.
Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. Risk and responsibility for goods pass as stated in the accepted quotation or applicable law. Please inspect deliveries promptly and report visible shortages or damage as soon as reasonably possible.
Intellectual property and acceptable use
Website content, branding, images, and layout may not be copied or commercially reused without permission. You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or submit unlawful or misleading information.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, AgriDrive EC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use, delayed delivery, or incorrect component selection. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
